HELP for AIMS Installation/Connection Problems


1. If the AIMS installation web page can’t be accessed with a web browser, there is a primary connection problem. This is a matter for your help desk or internet service provider.

2. Re-run install.exe as instructed on the AIMS installation page.
            Click here to Re-run AIMS Install.

3. If re-running The AIMS Install doesn't fix the problem, Choose <Start>, <Run> and enter
"del c:\aims\files.lst
".

4. If non-essential programs are running, such as custom screen savers, messaging systems, or other utility programs, try closing them. These programs use resources and memory on your system and may cause problems. If they are not essential, it is recommended that they be closed.
